Nationwide Delivery Network
## A Nationwide Last-Mile Delivery Network That Competes with Major Carriers
CBL connects 55 delivery partners, 21 logistics hubs, and 583 registered drivers across Japan through a single nationwide network, enabling us to build delivery operations tailored to each region and shipment volume.
By leveraging delivery capacity throughout Japan, we can flexibly support a wide range of requirements, including trial launches in selected areas, expansion across multiple regions, peak-season volume increases, and the development of new delivery zones.
Rather than leaving regional operations entirely to local partners, our headquarters serves as the central control tower. We manage the entire process, from cargo intake and sorting to vehicle allocation, shipment dispatch, delivery tracking, and completion management.
This means shippers do not need to contact separate delivery companies in each region or individually coordinate progress and operational issues. Nationwide delivery can be managed through a single point of contact.
When designing delivery operations, we assess local road conditions, delivery density, shipment volume, package size, delivery deadlines, and unattended delivery requirements. We then combine the most suitable logistics hubs, vehicles, and drivers for each region.
Instead of applying a single standardized model nationwide, we design operations suited to each area, balancing delivery efficiency with consistent service quality.
Our proprietary AI dispatch system also analyzes historical delivery data, regions, weekdays, shipment counts, and cargo volumes to forecast the number of vehicles and level of delivery capacity required in advance.
By preparing dispatch plans that include backup vehicles, we can respond to sudden volume increases, driver shortages, and vehicle problems while reducing the risk of delivery failures and delays.
One of the key strengths of our nationwide network is our ability to secure the required delivery capacity proactively through data, rather than relying solely on individual experience or intuition.
After delivery operations begin, our system monitors each shipment status, including cargo intake, dispatch, in-transit delivery, completion, unsuccessful delivery attempts, and returns.
By detecting early signs of delays or delivery failures, we can deploy support vehicles or reallocate shipments when necessary, helping us maintain stable delivery quality across a nationwide operation.
We are also promoting shared delivery, consolidating shipments from multiple shippers by delivery area. Loading shipments bound for the same area onto the same vehicle improves load efficiency and reduces duplicate routes and empty vehicle movements.
Through more efficient use of vehicles, personnel, and mileage, we aim to optimize logistics costs and create a more sustainable delivery model.
Our nationwide delivery network is not simply about increasing the number of delivery partners or drivers.
It functions as a unified delivery platform in which nationwide delivery capacity is centrally managed by headquarters and supported by our proprietary AI and delivery management systems. This allows us to respond flexibly to changing shipment volumes and regional requirements.
By leveraging the strength of 55 delivery partners, 21 logistics hubs, and 583 registered drivers, CBL ensures that our clients’ valuable products are delivered reliably to the very last destination.
